Supply is a key factor in the success of our enterprise. It is manifested in our partnership with fish harvesters on the Gaspé Peninsula. Our suppliers’ loyal partnership is founded on frank, respectful and honest relations.
Our shrimp is harvested in the Gulf of St. Lawrence, in the four following fishing areas: Fishing Area 8 – Esquiman, Fishing Area 9 – Anticosti, Fishing Area 10 – Sept-Îles, and Fishing Area 12 – Estuaire.
The fishing season begins on April 1 and ends when all the individual quotas have been caught, in late October.
We are proud to present our partners.
